Lavanya is a striking Banarasi saree that brings together bold colour contrast and intricate craftsmanship. Handwoven on traditional handlooms in Banaras, this saree is crafted in Tussar silk and features a half‑and‑half composition with motifs woven using the Kadhua (Kaduwa) technique. Each motif is created individually through a detailed, time‑intensive process, lending depth and clarity to the weave. Set against a deep red body, the orange‑yellow contrast border adds vibrancy, while the saree is paired with a pink Katan silk blouse piece for a refined finishing touch. Rich and expressive, Lavanya is ideal for weddings, festivals and celebratory occasions that call for colour and artisanal detail.
